Our team of SmartChemSynths Machine (OPC) Pvt. Ltd is made up of many different types of people, who are qualified staff. Our corporate culture is collaborative, communicative, enthusiastic and adaptable. Our team common desire is to produce the required quality with accuracy & precision as per international quality standards & design.

General Manager – Dr  Ashok   M.Sc, Ph.D

He is a Doctorate in Chemistry & M.Sc. organic Chemistry in Mysore University, Mysore with vast experience >14 years in Pharmaceutical,  fine chemicals in various chemical industries. This addition introduces a dedicated role focused on the company’s day-to-day operations, R&D & Projects implementation in pilot plant & plant. He has completed his Ph.D from IISER-Pune and after completing the Ph.D followed by Post-doctoral studies from the University of Hoston, USA. Currently, serving as Scientist for the continuous flow synthesis.

Assistant Manager – Er. S. Sindhu  (B.Tech in Electronic Engineering)

After completing B.Tech in Electronic Engineering joined as electronic Engineer in 2023 as trainee Engineer in Smartchemsynth company. After learning the most of the part in manufacturing part for the machinery system promoted as Assistant manger. Now serving my job as Assistant Manager of this company. I have competed several project for the developing the new product for the Smartchemsynth company.

  • All in one photo-chemical reactor

Assistant Manager – Er. Nitish  (B.Tech in Electronic Engineering)

After completing B.Tech in Electronic Engineering joined as electronic Engineer in 2024 as trainee Engineer in Smartchemsynth company. After learning the most of the part in manufacturing part for the machinery system promoted as Assistant manger. Now serving my job as Assistant Manager of this company to deal with instrument manufacturing and Service. I have installed so many product all over the India. Mostly, I am trained for artificial Inteligence based chemical synthesis.

  • Continuous Syringe Pump
  • Artificial Inteligence based continuous flow set-up.

Assistant Manager – Er. M. Mohana Ganesh  (B.Tech in Mechanical Engineer)

After completing B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering joined as a Engineer in 2025 in Smartchemsynth company. Previously working several other company learned several mechanical part for the assembling and Manufactring of Machinery system. As my first project in SCS developed the Pack Bed Reactor and later on developed the HPLC pump. Currently, my main role to take care of the mechanical related problem.
